About the Role:

The position of Aged Care Team Leader – Ampilatwatja is responsible for the provision of community-based Aged Care and Disability Support Services in remote settings. This role is responsible for providing leadership and guidance ensuring your team is consistently providing high-quality care.

The Essentials

  •  Territory qualifications or equivalent experience in aged or disability programs.
  • Proven leadership and motivation skills with the ability to work with aged, disability, and community groups.
  • Hold a current driver’s licence. Have completed 4WD training or have a willingness to undertake training. 
  • Hold a current Ochre Card and National Police Criminal History check, or willingness to obtain prior to commencement. 

The Finer Details: 

Salary of $76,244.99 per annum ($1,466.25 gross per week).

Remote Community Zone Allowance of $2.3860 per ordinary hour worked.

11% Superannuation.

Annual Leave of 6 weeks paid with 17.5% leave loading.

Relocation Assistance of up to $5,000.

Subsidised Housing within the Community will be provided to the successful applicant. The current weekly rent is $50 per week.
