Event: Science Circus Coming To Tennant
The boffins from Shell Questacon will be in town to delight locals with their magical and fun portable science centre.

Shell Questacon sends science graduates across regional Australia to bring fascinating and lively science shows to locals. Providing hands on science and technology exhibits, this is great fun for people of all ages.The science boffins offer four things:
- in-school show performances
- teacher professional development workshops
- a travelling science centre for the community
- Beyond School events for senior secondary students
Shell Questacon Science Circus will be in Tennant Creek on Wednesday, 17 August at the Civic Centre.
The Science Circus is a long standing partnership between Questacon, Shell and The Australian National University. The Master of Science Communication Outreach is run by the Centre for the Public Awareness of Science (CPAS) at the ANU.
