Terms and Conditions of Entry


 The following conditions are in place to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all members. By entering the     premises, you agree to the following:


  1. Eligible members must have an active membership (not on suspension) to be permitted entry.
  2. 24/7 access is available to members aged 18 years and older only.
  3. Permitting access to another person, or gaining access using another member's credentials, will result in access being terminated.
  4. Members must complete this online induction prior to accessing the Centre during unstaffed hours. This induction covers the location of duress buttons, the defibrillator, emergency exits and assembly areas, fire extinguishers, and the first aid kit.
  5. The duress alarm is to be used in emergency situations only. Inappropriate or incorrect use may result in the member being liable for any callout charges incurred by security and/or emergency services.
  6. Members must clean all equipment before and after use.
  7. You must comply with all signage displayed on the premises and follow any reasonable directions given by staff, including during an emergency.
  8. Alcohol, drugs, and weapons are strictly prohibited on the premises. Members must not enter while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
  9. Animals other than registered guide or service dogs are not permitted on the premises.
  10. Members must not behave in a way that:
  • Is disrespectful to other members or staff
  • Interferes with the enjoyment of the facility by others
  • Endangers or causes injury to others
  • Causes damage to the premises or any property


11. BRC accepts no responsibility for any personal property lost or stolen within the Centre.

12. Appropriate clothing and enclosed footwear must be worn at all times. A workout towel is required.

13. Photography or video recording within the Centre is not permitted without prior approval from management.

14. Members are responsible for any damage caused wilfully or through negligence to the premises or any property within.

15. To the extent permitted by law, Barkly Regional Council accepts no liability for injury to or death of any person on the premises.

16. 24/7 access may be temporarily restricted during scheduled events or programming.

Failure to comply with any of these conditions may result in the suspension or cancellation of membership and/or refusal of entry.


Liability Warning

If you participate in activities at this facility, your rights to pursue action under the Australian Consumer Law if you are killed or injured because activities were not supplied with due care and skill may be excluded, restricted, or modified. This does not apply where death or injury results from gross negligence on the part of the supplier.


Completing Your Induction

By submitting the induction form, you confirm that you have read and agree to the above terms and conditions.

Your application for membership and access will be processed within three business days. Once approved, you will be contacted with details on how to finalise your visits to the Centre and your journey to the new you will begin.
