Reviewable Decisions

    In accordance with Section 322(2) of the Local Government Act 2019, Barkly Regional Council is required to publish details of reviewable decisions made by the Council.

    Under the Act, the following decisions are considered reviewable:


    • A decision by the Council or a Council committee to reject an application for correction of an entry in the assessment record (Sections 232(1) and 233(7)).
    • A regulatory order issued under Section 286.
    • A decision to refuse a request to suppress a person's name, address, or both from publicly available information (Section 293(5)).

    The Council will publish details of any reviewable decisions on this page as required by the Act.

    

    Current Status

    As of the date of publication, Barkly Regional Council has not made any reviewable decisions under the Local Government Act 2019.
