Accessing Tender Information
Council uses Tenderlink as a software service.
This enables consistency and transparency of information including analytics.
You can access all tender information, including addendums, by visiting below link.
Below are the steps to lodge your Tender.
Step One
Register on Tenderlink to access the tender, you will need the following information, a current address and contact details.
Step Two
Download tender information. Go to the open tender tab, open up site, highlight relevant tender and press export current tender information.
Step Three
Lodge your tender through the electronic Tender box on Tenderlink.
Accessing Public Quotations
Council publishes all the open/ available Public Quotations in below table along with available tenders.
HOW TO RESPOND TO REQUEST FOR QUOTATION?
To lodge a public quotation, please complete the Quotation Response Schedules provided inside the Public Quotation document. This will become your Quotation which may be lodged in by sending an email listed inside the public quotation document.

Local Buy Arrangements
On 28 March 2019 Council resolved to commence a trial of the Local Buy program for:
- Business Management Consultancy Services;
- Motor Vehicle Purchases; and
- Plant, Machinery and Equipment Purchases
That cannot be sourced directly within the Barkly Region.
Barkly Regional council may issue a Request For Quotation (RFQ) using Vendor Panel, Local Buy’s online Request for Quote Tool.
To obtain access to Vendor Panel, you will need to be added to the system by contacting Local Buy.
